I have a Peruvian friend (Jorge) and he is one of the smartest persons I know. He is a journalist and he knows how to cook everything. He stayed in Mexico some years ago and he made for me and my friends one of the most amazing dinners I ever had at home :) so I guess that before visiting Peru I'll have to go on a strict diet to try everything!!
